Who is Mikey?

Our Mikey is Mikey Kingsley – son, brother, artist, angel.

Although Mikey only spent 22 years on this earth, he is a spirit who truly lived. He loved robots, soccer, acting, dogs, especially Scud, fast cars, motorcycles, video games, his lady, his many friends and his family. It is our sincere belief that Mikey’s bright spirit guides us still. This venture honors his intrepid and faith-filled nature.

In celebration of Mikey’s strong connection to the Theatre Arts in Las Cruces, Mikey’s Place awards the Mikey’s Place Performing Arts Scholarship each May to a graduating Las Cruces senior who will pursue a degree in theatre, cinema or a related field at New Mexico State University.
