THE LOT:

A half-acre lot is adjacent to the workshop for activities requiring outside space.

HISTORY:

The workshop is commonly known to old-time Las Crucens as "The Old Mendenhall's Produce Building," for the vegetable processing and shipping business that once resided here. Since 1998, Precision Engineering, Inc. has occupied the building. PEI continues to operate in the Loft and Bay 2. Their staff and equipment are available to assist in structural design and transport of objects incubated at Mikey's Place.
